Game Policy

1. Terms of Agreement

DF INTERACTIVE PTE. LTD. permits the play of Special Force only in accordance with all the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Your use of Special Force constitutes your agreement to comply with and be bound by the terms and conditions in this Agreement.

2. Definitions

“User” means the person who has agreed to all terms and conditions in this Agreement and is authorized to use our services.
“User ID” means a combination of alphabets and numerals which users create in order to access our services and which “Special Force, the Singapore Chapter” authorizes to differentiate users.
“Password” means a combination of alphabets and numerals which users create for verification and protection of rights.
“Forum” means the platform where users can discuss ideas, provide game-play advice and/or converse about other aspects of “Special Force, the Singapore Chapter” with other users.
“Post” means the video file(s), link(s), image(s) or text(s) which users post in the forum with the aim to share information.
“Game Information” means the data/profile of users in the game, e.g. ID, items inventory, experience points etc.
“Service” means the digital content which the DF INTERACTIVE PTE. LTD. provides to users.
“Disciplinary Actions” means the actions DF INTERACTIVE PTE. LTD. takes in suspending or banning users from our services.

3. Disclaimer

For any that is not listed in this Game Operation Policy shall abide by DF INTERACTIVE PTE. LTD.’s Terms and Conditions, or otherwise be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.

4. Role & Responsibilities of the Game Master

Game Masters are the employees of DF INTERACTIVE PTE. LTD. who understand the guidelines and rules so as to assist users to run the game with ease.
Game Masters always remain neutral and do not interfere with conflicts among users. Should Game Masters be obliged to intervene, they promise to be objective and straight.
Game Masters reserve the right to issue warnings and/or suspend any user in unique and/or peculiar situations which are not specified in these guidelines.
The discussion forum is not the place for users to address issues and/or enquiries to a Game Master and expect a response from them. Users should contact our Customer Support via the proper official communication channel i.e. e-mailing to support@dfigames.com.
According to the privacy agreement, Game Masters will not ask for, revise or disclose any personal information in the forum and game. Private information can only be accessed if an official legal request is made.
Game Masters will ensure that all users are treated equally and impartially.

5. Role & Responsibilities of the User

All registered users must observe our guidelines and rules. Failure to abide by these guidelines and rules may have their member accounts temporarily/permanently banned and/or deleted from further access or have their posts edited or deleted in the forums.
Users should cooperate with Game Masters/Moderators if they should request. However, if they appear biased or make a bad judgment, users are welcome to provide feedback to the Game Master.
Users can always get assistance from our Customer Support via e-mail with regards to game and forum issues such as unexpected errors encountered, hacking, bugs etc.
DF INTERACTIVE PTE. LTD. reserves the right to authorize game information which belongs to the users. Users, however, do not have permission and should not attempt to change or modify their game information by any means at all.
All users should report to DF INTERACTIVE PTE. LTD. if they discover any form of cheats, hacks, bugs and/or malicious files. DF INTERACTIVE PTE. LTD. reserves the right to take disciplinary actions which includes the suspension or ban of accounts if users abuse these cases without reporting to DF INTERACTIVE PTE. LTD.
Users should not make use of our services in any commercial aspect as well as take any actions which cause a disturbance to other users. If a user does not abide by these guidelines and rules, DF Interactive reserves the right to take disciplinary actions.
DF INTERACTIVE PTE. LTD. does not condone any participation/promotion of illegal activities and any form of harassment to cause distress, unwanted attention or discomfort to users, any other person or entity.
DF INTERACTIVE PTE. LTD. reserves the right to take disciplinary actions without any prior notice if the user works against the rules and the Agreement.

6. ID Policy

The management of the User IDs and passwords is governed by the Terms & Conditions.
According to the Privacy Law, the responsibility for the user’s User ID and password will be held by DF INTERACTIVE PTE. LTD.. Otherwise, the responsibility is held by the users.
The user should keep his/her User ID and password confidential. DF INTERACTIVE PTE. LTD. will not be held responsible or liable for any incident which occurs or results from the unauthorized use of his/her User ID and password.
If the user shared his/her personal information with other users or used the information of other users, DF INTERACTIVE PTE. LTD. will not protect him/her from any service related with DF INTERACTIVE PTE. LTD.
Monetary trading of accounts/User ID is not considered a case of ID theft and will not be restored to the user if reported.
DF INTERACTIVE PTE. LTD. can disclose any information about the user to law enforcement agencies or government officials as we, in our sole discretion, believe it necessary or appropriate to investigate or resolve possible problems or inquiries, or otherwise required by law.
In the case where a User ID is stolen, the account will be blocked temporally for investigation. Access to the account will be restored after the investigation and any cash items lost during the period of investigation will be recovered.

7. Naming Policy

“Username” means the name which the user selects to identify him/her.
The following is a list of genres which users should refrain from using when brainstorming for the perfect username. If users do not abide by this guideline, they may be penalized.
- Contains words of insulting nature to the other users, staff or groups whether in game or external
- Refers to any aspect of sexual connotations, human anatomy or are pornographic in nature pertaining to themselves or others
- Contains any negative racial/ethnic/national connotations
- Contains any possibility of infringing copyright and/or trademark rights
- Contains the intention to impersonate the Game Master, DF INTERACTIVE PTE. LTD. employees to confuse other users
- Contains the intention to process real monetary trade alone or with other users
- Contains words which are offensive, ill-mannered and deemed unacceptable by the Game Master

8. Disciplinary Action Policy

DF INTERACTIVE PTE. LTD. reserves the right to take disciplinary actions including suspension or ban of user accounts depending on the number of offence as well as the damaged caused.
Theft of accounts can only be reported and restored if it involves the user’s own ID.
Based on our guidelines and rules, actions will be taken on users who cause discomfort or unhappiness, whether in the game or forum, by behaving ill-manneredly or disturbing other users on purpose.
Game balance will be harmed if users exploit errors in the game to make a profit. If users find problems or bugs in the game or system, he/she should report to DF INTERACTIVE PTE. LTD. immediately. Action will be taken against the user if he/she does not report the issue(s) and abuses the bug(s) or distributes to the other users.
The use of illegal programs is defined as the act where users use third party programs to hack, bot etc. in the game. Action will be taken if the Game Master or any DF INTERACTIVE PTE. LTD. employee discovers the case. DF INTERACTIVE PTE. LTD. will not take responsibility if the users are affected adversely from the use of those illegal programs.
Users are considered abusing the game if they modify their game information such as experience, statistics etc. to gain an advantage. Action will be taken in accordance to our guidelines and rules.
Users are held responsible for the inappropriate actions or behavior exhibited by their User IDs. DF INTERACTIVE PTE. LTD. will not restore or compensate these suspended users and they cannot report either. All game information related to these users will also be deleted, at our sole discretion.
For any unacceptable mannerisms not mentioned above, action will be taken based on EULA and governed by the Laws of Singapore.

Reports for inappropriate behavior will only be accepted if they are submitted to our Customer Support e-mail i.e. support@dfigames.com. If you wish to report any inappropriate actions encountered, proof documents should be accompanied.

Action will be taken according to our guidelines and rules. However, the following cases will not be entertained:

- When ID theft occurs due to the user’s own providence of personal information to others - Loss of items and experience due to use of illegal programs - Insufficient evidence for reported case - When users create/ revise the evidence to report other users

The user’s access to his/her account will be banned permanently if he/she behaves inappropriately consistently.

10. Game Information Policy

DF INTERACTIVE PTE. LTD. is not responsible to solve problems caused by the user’s own computer system or connectivity which results in latency in the game.

DF INTERACTIVE PTE. LTD. reserves the right to manage all game information which the user obtained via inappropriate means such as exploiting bugs.

DF INTERACTIVE PTE. LTD.is not responsible to solve problems caused by the user’s own mistake* if he/she does not read the information posted in our forum, game or otherwise, indicated in our Agreement.

Items which are awarded in events will not be compensated if lost.

DF INTERACTIVE PTE. LTD. reserves the right to revise the user’s game information, if DF INTERACTIVE PTE. LTD. deems that it is required for our operation.

With the exception of Event or Disciplinary records, game records are only kept for a maximum of 7 days. Cases reported more than 7 days after the date of incident will not be entertained.

According to the policy, users will be suspended for reporting false information and/or spreading rumors.

11. Special Force Official Website/Forum Policy

DF INTERACTIVE PTE. LTD. reserves the right to interrupt the services from time to time on a regularly scheduled basis or otherwise with or without prior notice in order to perform maintenance and/or improve our services.

DF INTERACTIVE PTE. LTD. will remove the old forum posts regularly or irregularly if necessary, especially if the accumulated posts causes a problem in our services.

DF INTERACTIVE PTE. LTD. reserves the right to erase any content of posts without prior notice if we feel that there is no relation with our forum or DF INTERACTIVE PTE. LTD. User accounts will be suspended or banned depending on case.

12. Others

Any amendments or new policy implementations will be announced on the Special Force Official Website and the Game Master will also announce them in game. All other announcements are considered unofficial and not disseminated by DF INTERACTIVE PTE. LTD.

All users are required to visit the page regularly so as to keep themselves updated of any changes or add-ons. Ignorance will not be accepted as valid reasons if users break the rules.

*Changes to the guidelines may occur with immediate effect without prior notice, all users should read the Policy/Terms regularly to keep updated of any modifications or new implementations.
